「フィットネスタイマー」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報と利用目的

1.1 エクササイズデータ（Health Connect）

本アプリは、ワークアウトを完了した際に、利用者の操作（記録ボタンのタップ）に基づいて、以下のデータを端末内の Google Health（Health Connect）へ送信できます。

このデータは利用者の端末内の Health Connect にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。この権限は Health Connect の設定からいつでも取り消せます。

連携済みの記録は、本アプリの履歴画面または Health Connect アプリから個別に削除・連携解除できます。

1.2 広告識別子（広告 ID）

本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示します。広告配信のため、広告 ID などの識別子が Google（第三者）に共有されます。広告のパーソナライズ設定は、お使いの端末の設定（Google 設定 → 広告）から変更できます。

1.3 マイク（音声コマンド）

本アプリはタイマー画面での音声操作（「スタート」「ストップ」等）のためにマイクへのアクセス権限を利用します。音声の認識処理は Android OS が提供する音声認識サービス（多くの端末では Google 製）に委ねられ、本アプリ自身が音声データを保存・送信することはありません。認識結果のテキストのみを、タイマー操作の判定に一時的に利用します。

1.4 その他のアプリ内データ

ワークアウトの設定内容やアプリ内の履歴は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます（暗号化は行わず、OS のアプリサンドボックスによる保護に委ねます）。これらのデータは開発者のサーバーには送信されません。本アプリはアカウント登録・ログイン機能を持たず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報は収集しません。

2. 第三者への提供

本アプリが取得する情報のうち、第三者（Google）に提供されるのは 1.2 に記載の広告関連の識別子のみです。それ以外の情報（エクササイズデータ・アプリ内設定・履歴）を開発者や第三者に提供することはありません。

3. データの保存場所と削除

上記の方法で解決しない削除のご要望がある場合は、6. のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

4. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

5. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加等に応じて、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

This Privacy Policy explains how "Fitness Timer" (the "App") handles user information.

1. Information We Collect and Its Purpose

1.1 Exercise Data (Health Connect)

When you tap the record button after completing a workout, the App can send the following data to Google Health (Health Connect) on your device:

This data is stored only in Health Connect on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party. You can revoke this permission at any time in Health Connect settings.

You can delete or unlink synced records individually from the App's history screen or from the Health Connect app.

1.2 Advertising ID

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve ads, identifiers such as the advertising ID are shared with Google (a third party). You can change ad personalization settings from your device settings (Google Settings → Ads).

1.3 Microphone (Voice Commands)

The App uses microphone access for voice commands on the timer screen (e.g., "Start", "Stop"). Speech recognition is handled by the Android OS's speech recognition service (typically provided by Google on most devices); the App itself does not store or transmit audio data. Only the recognized text is used temporarily to control the timer.

1.4 Other In-App Data

Your workout settings and in-app history are stored only on your device (not encrypted; protected by the OS app sandbox). This data is never sent to the developer's servers. The App has no account/login system and does not collect personal information such as name or email address.

2. Sharing with Third Parties

The only data shared with a third party (Google) is the advertising identifier described in 1.2. No other data (exercise data, in-app settings, history) is shared with the developer or any third party.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

If you have a deletion request that isn't covered above, please contact us using the information in section 6.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in law or App functionality. Updates take effect once posted on this page.
